We will also ask you to provide certain information about yourself. This is a standard process to enhance the safety and maintain the integrity of the Site for all our Members.

Your information assists us in understanding the kinds of benefits and programs that may suit your needs and interests. We provide comment fields on which you can post messages for others to read. All postings, with the exception messages sent directly to other Members through the Profile Page, are visible to all Members. Sections of your forum postings may also be visible to any visitor to the site. We may collect technical information about your post, such as the IP address from which you posted, and associate this information with your messages. Even if messages are deleted, we may retain copies and attendant information indefinitely.

When You Submit Photos:

We provide applications where you can submit photographs for others to see. All photos that are posted to miamijewishfilmfestival.org are visible to all Members and can be used by the Miami Jewish Film Festival.

When you submit Video and Audio footage to the Site:

If individuals agree to allow MJFF to film or make recordings for use on the Site, usage of this video or audio footage will be governed by releases signed by the individuals who permitted MJFF to film or record them.

All audio/video posted to miamijewishfilmfestival.org will be accessible by all Members and can be used by the Miami Jewish Film Festival. Additional provisions relating to audio/video and any other form of content you may submit to our Site are available in our Terms of Service.
