My Lovely Sister

Set in an impoverished housing block in one of Israel’s peripheral towns, My Lovely Sister is based on a Moroccan-Jewish folktale and chronicles the love triangle between Rahma, her crude husband and the ghost of her beautiful sister who died from the pain of banishment for having married an Arab man.
