The Miami Jewish Film Festival is honored to partner with the Simon Wiesenthal Center's Moriah Media, FOX Entertainment Studios, and the Michael-Ann Russell JCC to present a powerful one-night-only event on Tuesday, November 4, at 7pm featuring an exclusive screening of a gripping episode from the highly-touted new anthology series One Day in October.
After the episode, you will be part of a live conversation with creators and special guests from the series, moderated by a FOX Entertainment Studios executive.
Recently acquired by HBO Max, One Day in October is a compelling series based on harrowing true stories of survival and resilience on October 7, 2023. The first scripted depiction of that fateful day, this 7-episode anthology series transcends politics, nationality, and religion to highlight universal narratives of love, loss, courage, and survival during a time of extreme peril.
